How does YangaMall.com Handle Nationwide delivery and Delivery within Lagos?

We process all deliveries within Lagos through YangaMall.com Logistics and other local logistics partners.

Deliveries to other states in Nigeria are processed through UPS and other Logistics partners. 


What are the Delivery Charges?

A charge is applied based on your order weight and your shipping address.   

Gold members and Platinum Club members have discounts on shipping


Are there other Hidden Delivery Charges

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. Note that the price mentioned on the website is the final price and it is also reflected in the electronic invoice sent to customers. Prices are inclusive of all taxes.


What is the Estimated Delivery time?

Our standard delivery timeline is 1- 4 business days for shipment within Lagos and 2-5 business days for Shipment outside Lagos.  

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. This will be followed by a call to verify your purchase and initiate shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that your package is on its way you will also be contacted by our dispatch personnel on the day of delivery.


Can I Pick up my Delivery from Yangamall.com office

Our corporate office is located in VGC Mall Lekki. We are an online store and do not have physical showrooms.

Once we receive your order we will deliver directly to your doorstep nationwide.  Our goal is to provide total convenience to customers. Our dispatch personnel would call you before making the delivery.


What happens if I am not available to receive my order.

If you are unavailable to receive your item, a re-delivery will be scheduled within 2 days. Please note that your order will be cancelled after 2 re-delivery attempts.

International Shipment

YangaMall.com does not deliver products internationally. However, international customers are welcome to make purchases.
